Our practical and emotional support, advice and information is available to everyone affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD).
We provide personalized peer support – online, face-to-face and by phone. We organize free educational events, local and virtual meetups.
One-to-one telephone peer support
If you're going through a difficult time living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) or experiencing a period of change, it sometimes helps to talk to someone who understands how you feel.
We can match you with one of our trained volunteers who will phone you for a chat on a regular basis. You will decide what you want to talk about. The volunteer will provide support and companionship and tell you about services and activities that could benefit you.
Our confidential helpline is open from 9:30am to 5:00pm, Mon - Fri, just call us at 868-386-7279 or email us at kidneywarriorstt.@gmail.com or submit any questions here for someone to get back to you.
If you need additional information and resources call us at 1-868-386-7279 to speak to one of our patient outreach volunteers.
